Superloop acquires Optus Uecomm fibre assets

Australian fibre infrastructure provider Superloop has entered into an agreement to acquire telecoms operator Optus’ subsidiary Uecomm, including its network of fibre assets.

The telecommunications industry has launched the “Love Is” Tech Abuse Awareness campaign, an initiative, led by Telco Together Foundation in collaboration with its member organisations and eSafety.

Superloop eyes to acquire Symbio

Telco provider Superloop is planning to acquire ASX-listed UCaaS and collaboration services provider Symbio, proposing to buy the software vendor's shares at $2.85 per share. With 85,258,885 shares, that comes at a total of $243 million rounded up.
