The NBN Co's latest pricing review appears to be a massive waste of time, with the company putting up ideas, ignoring feedback on all but minor issues and then just ploughing on with own agenda, one retail service provider says.

A paper in the latest edition of the Telecommunications Journal of Australia argues that, in the NBN world, unlike today, there will be no single entity responsible for the overall end-to-end performance of services delivered over the NBN.

The ACCC has published a revised list of NBN points of interconnect, describing it as "a refinement of the outcome of the public confirmation process about the initial PoIs to the NBN."
