The PlayStation Network , or PSN, is how we connect with our friends and others globally to play multiplayer games. It is a payment subscription service, and Sony has some good news for those of us who love to use it.

In 2014, Lizard Squad ruined the gaming fun for millions of Xbox and Playstation gamers with DDoS attacks - and it might happen again.

Web channel ‘Drama Alert’ has posted an 18 minute video featuring a live interview with members of Lizard Squad, Finest Squad, Anonymous and Kim Dotcom discussing the hack attacks that took down PSN and Xbox Live, which are now both back online.

After a tumultuous Christmas Day 2014 and Boxing Day, both the PSN and Xbox Live services finally appear to be back up and running again.

Kim Dotcom offered the PSN and Xbox Live hackers, Lizard Squad, vouchers to his MegaPrivacy service, which ‘stopped’ the attacks, but there are still issues preventing many from logging in to both services.

The Playstation Network and Xbox Live networks have been down for most of the day thanks to concerted DDoS attacks by the Lizard Squad hackers, but Finest Squad says both networks are coming back soon.
