Who Governs Guvnor?

OPINION  What's the winningist? In most data processing as with most engineering, we have a pretty reasonable idea about what most people want most of the time. Planes that don't ignore the pilots and the doors stay on, cars that don't turn off the brakes, banks that pay the bills when we ask them too etc. etc. With generative AI, not so simple especially in the world, the real world, of rotting data and hacked code and not enough money to polish it up.
