That’s pretty flash – 48 layer, 3D memory

Toshiba has taken a leaf out of Japan’s high density living by stacking 48 layers of flash memory in a 3D array to produce the world’s first 256-Gigabit (32 Gigabytes), 3 bit per cell TLC, 3D, BiCS, flash memory.

Aussie consumers are becoming increasingly confident about shopping online and have a willingness to spend more, but they now expect retailers to offer digital solutions that enhance service and give more flexibility in areas such as returns and digital loyalty programs.
