Nokia NZ, Spark collaborate to launch 5G in Auckland

Nokia and New Zealand’s largest telco Spark have launched 5G services in the Auckland Viaduct area to bring high-speed wireless connectivity to a major international sailing event.

Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) has taken off quicker in Australia than some other markets partly due to the migration of “last-mile access” to the National Broadband Network (NBN), according to a new analyst report.
