I'm persuaded that for any enterprise a managed print solution can provide economic efficiencies and free IT depts from dealing with these devices. Yet, enough of the "minimum print volume" contracts. Just say no, says this CIO.

CSG wins Territory ICT services contract

Australian-listed ICT services and consulting company, CSG, has secured a contract under which the Northern Territory government owned insurance and financial services group, TIO, will outsource its internal IT operations and technical support services to the company.

HP's special day for Snow Leopard users

Secure print software released by Canon

Canon says demand in Australia for tools that enhance office document security is growing rapidly, particularly from small business, and has brought out a new print solution which it claims gives greater security at low cost.
