One in five kids under the age of 12 already have their own smartphones, according to a new report which found the youngsters use their phones to stay in touch, particularly those starting high school, and for when they are getting to and from school alone.

Milo launches new fitness tracker for kids

Iconic drink company, Milo, has launched a tracker designed for kids that helps to monitor their health, fitness and activity. A study commissioned by Milo revealed that 78% of Australian kids are getting less than the recommended daily amount of exercise, with one in four (28%) getting less than half.
