Microsoft has announced a slew of top Hollywood talent bringing Xbox Originals to a number of the company’s platforms.  Interactive features will accompany the dramas, comedies, documentaries, animation, reality and live shows on offer.  Microsoft will also tag some big franchise names to the content, from Halo to ET.

The hunt for E.T. is on, with a documentary crew set to dig up New Mexican landfill in search of 3.8 million copies of the worst game of all time.

The closed beta test is about to kick off for Test Drive Unlimited 2.  This unique (apart from the original) game brings the world of car racing into a massively online world.
