The initiative comes as Adobe recently announced it will retire the VIP Buying Program for the commercial market segment by 31 May 2025.
Effective 1 June 2025, all new and renewal orders for customers must be transacted through the VIP Marketplace.
Xvantage combines advanced automation capabilities with AI-driven functions, intuitive upsell features, and actionable business insights.

It simplifies the management of subscriptions, optimising accounting processes, and helping to prevent license expirations.
The platform also features tools for revenue prediction and tracking, along with an autogenerated renewals function that helps secure customer relationships by providing timely notifications to avoid service disruptions.
Additionally, the enhanced quote management system allows partners to tailor offerings, reduce SLA times, and maintain full visibility into all quotes.
Ingram Micro director of cloud, cybersecurity, and hybrid business Trent Gomersall described Xvantage as the company’s “digital twin.”
“Leveraging modern technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLM), Xvantage delivers a personalised and curated experience for customers,” he said.
“This allows us to move from transactions to interactions, focusing our conversations with partners on areas that support their business objectives, rather than operational tasks.”
"Ingram’s expertise, combined with the power of Xvantage, will help ensure a smooth transition for our partners in Australia and New Zealand, empowering them to maximise the benefits of the VIP Marketplace,” concluded Adobe senior director digital media ANZ Jo Rought.
