Arguments in the patents phase of the Oracle-Google trial ended yesterday and the jury is now discussing the issue.

The Oracle-Google trial will include a third phase, to determine damages if any, after Judge William Alsup agreed to the proposition put by Oracle yesterday.

Nine lines of code. That's all that has been definitely decided as being copied by Google from Oracle's Java programming language, but the database company wants to argue for damages in excess of the statutory $US150,000.
