Hosted Networks’ partnership with NBN to ‘create opportunities’ for MSPs

By

Sydney-based internet service provider Hosted Network’s partnership with NBN will create opportunities for Australian managed service providers to tap into the growing connectivity market and drive higher revenue.

The partnership will deliver cloud and telco services for MSPs, incorporating NBN API capabilities within its Partner Portal.

This will help partners identify and resolve issues.

An API capability of the Partner Portal is Fibre Connect, a feature which informs which locations can be upgraded to NBN Fibre.

Another is the Outage Notifications which notifies partners on scheduled maintenance or service outages on a per-service basis.

Hosted Network claimed it understands MSP challenges including a lack of visibility and control over their network which may affect customers.

Hosted Networks said it has evolved into an ISP to regain control, improve rectification times and their partners' experience.

Now an entirely channel-focused cloud and telco provider, Hosted Network takes ownership and responsibility of its own network.

“Our partners always come first. We prioritise their feedback, ensuring that we incorporate it into everything we do. This is evident in our Partner Portal, where we have specifically integrated API capabilities to cater to the unique needs of our MSP partners. As we continue to innovate, we are always looking for new ways to support our partners. By incorporating NBN's API tools, we are enabling our partners to provide the best connectivity experience to their end-customers,” said Hosted Networks CEO Ben Town.
