Swoop said it will offer fixed wireless services to these major sites.
The inaugural installation of the Connecting Victoria program will see Swoop support the Mt Baw Baw community (including Tanjil Bren and Icy Creek) located two and a half hours from Victoria's capital.
Swoop said the community will benefit from its fast internet, which will support the economic growth of small business and tourism operators.

“As a significant tourism hub and thrilling skiing destination in Victoria, the new installation will greatly enhance support for a diverse range of tourists as well as remote and hybrid workers in the area,” said Swoop CEO Alex West.
“With enhanced digital connectivity and communication channels, the fortitude of Mt Baw Baw will be bolstered, ensuring improved responsiveness during critical situations such as peak ski season or hazardous weather conditions, which presently pose the highest risk of connectivity disruptions,” said Swoop chief technology officer Tom Berryman.
The fixed installation has now been completed, enabling internet services of up to 70/20 Mbps from launch.
Pre-registrations are now open for residents of Mt Baw Baw, Tanjil Bren, and Icy Creek with a special introductory offer.
