Aircall opens Sydney office to support 500+ local clients and growing

By

Cloud-based voice platform Aircall has opened its third global office, following its HQ in Paris and its New York office, "bringing innovative tech closer to local customers and partners" while offering "quality and local support in Australia".

Aircall. Billed as “the phone system for modern business”, Aircall is a cloud-based voice platform that is "helping companies across the globe manage millions of customer support and sales calls" while integrating “seamlessly with popular productivity and helpdesk tools”, the company is dialling in a great start to 2021 with the opening of its newest office in Sydney, Australia.

The company says this "new hub will bring Aircall’s innovative technology closer to local customers and partners at a time when cloud communications is more relevant than ever", and will "also solidify and support the company’s growing presence in the country."

Andreï Sochala, APAC Sales Director at Aircall said: “Something beautiful about offering software to customers is that it can be deployed from anywhere in the world. This allowed us to grow, from word of mouth, an Australian customer base of 500+ clients."

“We specifically witnessed a strong product fit, driven by the user friendliness of our solution, and by our strong focus over call quality through VOIP - which immediately resonated with Australian businesses facing coverage gaps.

“It is those partners’ ongoing trust in us, and the opportunity that the vibrant local tech scene presents, that makes us confident in, and excited for, our Australian office addition”, added Sochala.

The company proudly boasts of strategic partnerships with worldwide-known tech firms such as Jobadder, Hubspot and Salesforce having already contributed to Aircall's emerging presence in Australia, which already numbers over 500 local clients.

Indeed, Aircall reports that 2020 saw it help over 3,000 new businesses fast-track their digitalisation, with Aircall’s products and services “now conveniently used for everyday business conversations.”

Olivier Pailhes, Co-Founder and CEO of Aircall said, “The remote office boom shifted how many of us work — from communicating with co-workers to measuring productivity.

“The effort that businesses put into adapting and equipping employees for a more efficient way of working does not need to stop as Aussies start to return to the office.

“We are eagerly anticipating working with those in the Australian market to make communicating with employees, prospects, end-customers and colleagues successful through any model of work; whether that be remotely, in-person, or a mix of the two”, Pailhes concluded.

Aircall has over 350 employees but is actively “recruiting a dedicated team in Sydney (Sales Representatives, Customer Success, Support, Channel and Specialists) to expand its local presence”.
