Apple's iPad 2: resoundingly #winning so far!

With the iPad 2 under attack from a wide range of tablets that either most don't yet want or which still aren't available until later this year, with some just getting new delays in the last week, 2011 is already the year of the iPad 2 by availability, desirability, demand and default.

Parallels today announced that a benchmark study from MacTech found Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac (www.parallels.com/desktop) "beat VMware Fusion 3.1 in 92% of the 3D graphics tests' and '84% of the general tests.'The labs pitted the two leading commercial virtualization products against each other in more than four thousand tests examining the performance of Windows XP and Windows 7applications on four different Mac models: the "White" MacBook, MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac Pro. According to MacTech, 'When you look at the big picture of all the testing, Parallels is the clear winner.'
