The collaboration integrates SiteMinder's platform solution into Groupon's, streamlining pricing and distribution processes while introducing new offerings for hoteliers and customers.
Sydney-headquartered global hotel commerce platform SiteMinder has announced it will acquire hotel guest engagement suite GuestJoy, a cloud-based app that allows hoteliers to automate personalised, direct, contactless guest communications before, during and after their stay.
