GUEST OPINION: In a competitive digital booking environment, the concept of guest loyalty is being increasingly challenged. However, since it’s more cost effective to attract repeat business than it is to bring in new business, it stands to reason that a satisfied guest is much more likely to come back if they leave a happy customer.
