Massive Internode outage affects half of Victoria

Telstra tests tech's productivity cred

Investment in ICT has been ranked as the greatest contributor to enterprise productivity for the last three years. In 2012 it has slumped back to third position according to the fourth annual Telstra Productivity Indicator.

It should come as no surprise that growing numbers of employees expect to use their own smartphones and tablets for work. But IT managers are apparently struggling to keep track of what's going on.
