GUEST OPINION: Over the past year we've witnessed dramatic strides in AI development and huge shifts in public perceptions of the technology.

Australian SMEs are showing a growing interest in adopting artificial intelligence – particularly generative AI – to improve efficiency and decision making while reducing costs, according to research conducted by SaaS provider Zoho.

Australia will see 11% of jobs lost to automation by 2040, according to the latest jobs forecast for the APAC region by global research and advisory firm Forrester.
