Athletes exercise even at rest

Yale University researchers discover that the muscles of endurance athletes are still working at converting sugars and fats into energy even after the exercise routine is over with and they are at rest. Take the stairs to live longer and healthier

A small Swiss study has preliminarily found that using the stairs, rather than elevators (lifts) and escalators, reduces the risk of dying prematurely from any medical condition by 15%.
