According to a U.S. study, the chance of age-related macular degeneration, a disease that can lead to blindness, is increased for older women who smoke.

You look marvelous! And you'll live longer, too!

According to a study in the British Medical Journal, if you look younger than your real age, you have a better chance of living longer than someone, of the same age, who looks older than the hills.

A U.S. study has shown that people who think their memories will get worse as they age are more likely to, indeed, be more forgetful when compared to people who don’t think their memory will worsen with age. So, don’t forget to think good memory thoughts!
