CSIRO adds AI coach to Total Wellbeing Diet

CSIRO researchers have found that the most important behavioural factors for success on the Total Wellbeing Diet are regular weigh-ins, following the menu plan and tracking food intake, and have developed an AI coach to help participants succeed.

Cows like vegetarians, but not UK researchers

A 2010 United Kingdom study found that being a vegetarian actually does more damage to our environment than being a meat-eater. Chickens aren't crowing about this finding either!

According to a U.S. study of chain restaurants in the Boston area, the actual calorie content of their menu items was on average about 18% higher than that listed on their advertisements. And, frozen food companies didn't do much better at 8% higher than what was advertised.

According to a new Israel-U.S.-Canada study on three popular diet plans, moderately obese dieters lost, on average, only six to ten pounds over a two-year period. However, they were able to reduce their cholesterol level and other important indicators of health.
