CCH buys Melbourne accounting software company

Global IT services company, CCH – a Wolters Kluwer business - has acquired Melbourne-based accounting software company, Best Practice Solutions (BPS), in a deal which it says significantly expands its ability to provide a “holistic software-plus-content solution” to Australian and New Zealand accounting firms.

Rapid growth for Xero in Australia
