Bray has been working for Telstra as group managing director for products.

Bray was a director of CSL, Telstra's former Hong Kong mobile subsidiary, between 2012 and 2014.
Before joining Telstra, Bray worked for Taemas Bridge, Babcock and Brown, JP Morgan, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, McKinsey and Company, Shell and Hewlett Packard.
He serves on the strategy committee of the Groupe Speciale Mobile Association (GSMA), and was chairman of the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association from 2012 to 2014.
Bray holds a BSc (Hons) and an MBA from the University of Melbourne.
