iPhone 4S off to quick start; iCloud so-so

 

Apple claims to have sold more than four million iPhone 4Ss over its debut weekend. iOS 5 and iCloud takeup got off to a good start, despite some teething problems.

Localscope v1.8 introduces support for 4 new languages - Danish, Finnish, Polish and Thai. Extending support to 19 languages enables iOS users worldwide to use Localscope on their devices in their native language. Localscope v1.8 has also been optimized for the newly released iOS 5.

Adobe says its Digital Publishing Suite is being used by leading publishers who have delivered Newsstand-enabled iOS apps.

With all those reports of the iPhone 4S/5 coming in September, rather than the usual June-ish timeframe, Apple may have been misdirecting us all, with the latest reports suggesting the next iPhone is sooner for this world than we all expected after all!
