Telenor, Ericsson develop Agentic AI for RAN controls

Norwegian multinational telecoms provider Telenor and equipment vendor Ericsson have co-designed a proof of concept for an Agentic AI system that learns to optimise capacity and corresponding power consumption of a Radio Access Network (RAN).
