Future Makers is an annual program launched by Optus to foster innovative tech solutions which address social challenges for disadvantaged and vulnerable people, with five digital innovators sharing in the $200,000 grant pool and Maslow Co-founder Nitin Ferdandez scoring the top grant of $75,000 grant as well as winning an additional $10,000 People’s Choice Award.
Optus has launched this year’s Future Makers programme for start-ups, social entrepreneurs and charities to submit their tech solutions and the chance to secure a share of $300,000 in funding.
Optus is on the lookout for technology solutions for its second annual Future Makers programme which have the potential to contribute to employability, education and the well-being of disadvantaged young people.
