As October’s Mental Health Month and Cybersecurity Awareness Month both draw to a close, a new study from not-for-profit cyber mental health support initiative, Cybermindz.org is showing early evidence of burnout in cyber professionals, signalling a potential loss of skills to a critical part of the economy.

Cybermindz.org is a newly formed not-for-profit organisation with a mission to change the human face of cyber, and is Australia’s first peer-led, cybersecurity mental health support program, and it launched in Melbourne earlier this month, with a great discussion ensuing - please watch and read on.

Cybermindz.org is attending the Australian Information Security Association's Melbourne CyberCon conference, on from 11-13 October 2022, with three offerings, while also recognising the Mental Health and Cybersecurity Awareness Months of October.

October is both Mental Health Awareness Month and Cybersecurity Awareness Month, with cyber mental wellness initiative Cybermindz.org announcing the Hon. Michael Kirby AC CMG as its inaugural patron.

Cybermindz.org launches the world’s first peer-led, cybersecurity mental health support program.
