If you're looking to perfect your posture, then the posture perfecting technologies from Upright should be right up your alley.
Upright is from DarioHealth, and its new Upright Go S is billed as "the next evolution of posture training products."
The company explains the UPRIGHT GO S is "a tiny app-connected sensor worn on the back and designed to make perfecting your posture more accessible than ever."
It is "the newest way to access the industry-leading technology from Upright and joins the existing line-up of Upright products, including the flagship Upright Go 2 and the necklace accessories."

We're told that in Australia, around 1 in 6, or 4 million people, suffered from back problems in 2017–18. Upright says its Posture and Back Health Study found that 52% of respondents have been restricted from completing an activity due to back pain, with over half of respondents needing to consult a health professional in the last two years.
Upright Go S is a lightweight, wearable device that trains the wearer to maintain good posture when sitting or standing.
The company explains its Go S "attaches to the upper back using discreet reusable adhesive strips, or can be worn as a pendant necklace, and gently vibrates via a customisable vibration pattern when the user is slouching or otherwise out of alignment. Upright Technology uses biometric feedback to drive cognitive awareness that empowers behavioural change and work to establish muscle memory and strengthen the back and core for improved back health in the long-term.
"Staying on track could not be easier with the Upright app for iOS and Android easily syncing with your device, allowing you to calibrate your posture trainer perfectly to your specific needs. The app offers training programs, goal setting, and daily stats to track and analyse progress. The user can receive alerts and capture accurate data on their posture throughout the day to monitor results and drive posture improvements over time. The device stores data offline for 7 days and has up to 20 hours of battery life."
In a recent US patient reported review with over 57,000 participants, Upright users with severe pain demonstrated an over 50% sustainable pain reduction lasting more than 18 months, and users with moderate pain reported well over 50% pain reduction.
“We know the many benefits of improved posture go beyond the physiological, including appearing more professional, healthy and confident. This is why we are committed to improving Australian back health and posture as it is central to overall wellbeing. We are delighted to bring the next evolution of posture trainers to Australians,” said Todd Lynton, APAC VP of Upright Technologies.
“With many of us working from home last year, our postural habits have been impacted drastically. Many of us have poor ergonomic home-office set ups and we are slouching over laptops and phones, leading to many adverse effects on our health. Our Posture and Back Health Study found that 41% Australians have suffered a deterioration in their posture since the shift to remote working. Upright solutions are designed to help improve posture and slouching through behavioural change.”
