Nuheara inks $2 million deal extension with HP

Smart hearing solutions provider Nuheara has secured a $2 million (US$1.48 million) agreement for a phase two extension of a collaboration agreement with Hewlett Packard for works associated with the development and engineering of an ear bud variant specific to HP’s confidential use case.

Phase I of the HP agreement was previously awarded for accompanying software services, with the Phase 2 deal awarded on the successfull completipn of a Proof of Concept (POC).

The CEO of the ASX-listed Nuheara (ASX:NUH), Justin Miller said the next stage of the HP collaboration agreement is the “result of Nuheara’s globally recognised leadership in hearables innovation.”

“We are looking forward to deepening this strategic OEM partnership over the coming months,” he said.

Nuheara said on Monday it will advise the market of any further development phases and any subsequent supply agreements.
