Jason Booma, Partner at Columbia Capital, said the investors saw the potential in V2 with Craig Howe at the helm, the proven ability of the team and recognised the gap in the market for clients seeking deep and specialised expertise. Howe previously founded Nebulr, which was acquired by Contino of which he became Managing Director of APAC. The team brings hands-on experience having previously delivered over 150+ large-scale transformations across key industries.

This news comes after V2’s November 2023 announcement highlighting the appointment of Matt Farmer as a board member and investor who brings extensive experience in building and scaling successful consultancies, combined with his strategic vision. It also follows senior leadership appointments at V2 of Ex-Microsoft Chief Architect, Shane Baldacchino, to the position of Director of Cloud, Ex-Servian Director, Steve Tzortzidis, to the position of Director of Data & AI and former Microsoft CTO and AWS Head of Technology, Australia and New Zealand, Dr Pete Stanski, to Chief Technology Officer.
