The improvements are said to include advanced quality control, seamless automation, enhanced warehouse functionality, increased security and connectivity, and even more predictive power through enhancements to Syspro Embedded Analytics.
Among the highlights are a fully integrated quality management module for manufacturers, accounts payable invoice automation for faster processing at reduced cost, big data connectors for Embedded Analytics to link to cloud and other data sources, customisable product catalogues for Pricing Engine, marshalling in the Warehouse Management System to enable the consolidation of multiple orders for a customer into one shipment, and single sign on using Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn accounts.
"In recent years, rapid advancements in society, economics, and technology have ushered in a profound transformation in manufacturing priorities. Simultaneously, shifting consumer behaviors have placed an unwavering emphasis on both quality and instant gratification," said Syspro chief product officer Paulo de Matos.
