Suite-wide changes in LibreOffice 7.5 Community include improvements to the Single Toolbar UI, dark mode, PDF export, and the Font Features dialog; new and more colourful icons; the ability to filter documents by type in the Start Centre; and support for font embedding on macOS.
Writer (word processing) gains an automatic accessibility checker option along with the ability to mark objects as decorative in order to improve accessibility.
An initial implementation of machine translation uses the DeepL API. DeepL's free tier allows the translation of 500,000 characters a month.

Calc (spreadsheet) now supports data tables in charts, gains "spell out" number formats (eg, "100" is formatted as "One hundred"), and enables searching by description in the Function Wizard, among other improvements.
Impress (presentations) and Draw (drawing) also see some significant changes in version 7.5, including the ability to run the presenter console in a normal window (important for virtual meetings), croppable videos, new and customisable table styles, and the navigator allows objects to be drag-and-dropped.
