Its 1,400 clients in ANZ, US, and Singapore span most sectors, focusing on the legal, financial, medical and not-for-profit sectors.
“In recent months, we have consolidated our vendor partners as a key business strategy moving into 2024,” said VITG chief customer officer Chris Troncone.
“We previously provided cloud telephony solutions from 8x8, RingCentral and Microsoft Teams via two telecommunications providers. With the acquisition of Ittelligent in 2021, VITG became an Access4 partner, and subsequently acquiring Powernet, also an Access4 partner, we now have a great opportunity to further consolidate our key offerings in the voice, cloud telephony and UCaaS areas."
“Indeed, Access4 is our UCaaS go-to-market offering which we have recently been able to productise. Not only is it easy to sell and simple to deploy, but Access4 has a dedicated porting department which further takes the pain away from porting customer numbers as the Access4 team handles all porting intricacies, including fast porting options, simplifying the whole process for us.”
Access4 said many businesses still have on-premise PABX and have yet to migrate to the cloud.
However, Fortune Business Insights projects the global Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) market to grow from US$32.01 billion in 2023 to US$85.77 billion by 2030, at a CAGR of 15.1%.
Access4's proprietary OSS/BSS platform, Sasboss, facilitates quoting and provisioning of cloud-based voice solutions.
The proprietary platform streamlines service processes, cutting costs, and simplifying billing. Pre-sales teams optimise efficiency, benefiting from Access4's comprehensive expertise in delivering unparalleled Unified Communications support.
“VITG is a significant player in the MSP space with a true national sales team. They are one of the largest and most reputable managed services players in the country and have a considerable base of long- established customer relationships,” said Access4 director of sales and marketing Peter Eldon.
“We’re looking forward to working with VITG to provide even more value to their existing customers as well as support for generating recurring revenue with new greenfield opportunities.”
