Linksys director of product design Michael Wick said they developed the series in a span of two years based on research and feedback from their customers.

“We were asked to evolve Velop. The result is a new design language and colour family that seamlessly blends in with home and small office décor around the world. Customers and beta users have confirmed we hit the mark,” Wick said.

The colours—in shades of white, gray, and black—draw inspiration from nature and can accentuate the feel of the space it occupies.

Eco-friendly, the Designer Series’ packaging uses 65% of recycled materials.

The following Designer Series offerings are already available or on their way to market:

Velop Pro 6E – Currently available
Velop Pro 7 – Expected in August/September
Velop Micro Router 6 – Expected in October/November
Velop Micro Mesh 6 – Expected in October/November
