NEC ranked in top graduate employer list

ICT services company NEC Australia has been ranked 27th among Australian companies which made the final list of the 2019 top graduate employers published by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers.

NEC achieved the ranking among 75 Australian companies which made the final list which is viewed as the definitive guide to the peak companies for graduates seeking employment opportunities in Australia.

The AAGE rankings are viewed as the definitive guide to the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce.

The full list of employers includes a number of tech companies and reveals that  a major portion of employers on the list are government departments.

Of the tech companies listed, cloud accounting software provider Xero comes in at 11th, followed by data analytics company Quantium at 12th and and the Australian arm of ICT solutions provider Dimension Data at 15th.

Peter Dinham is a co-founder of iTWire and a 35-year veteran journalist and corporate communications consultant. He has worked as a journalist in all forms of media – newspapers/magazines, radio, television, press agency and now, online – including with the Canberra Times, The Examiner (Tasmania), the ABC and AAP-Reuters. As a freelance journalist he also had articles published in Australian and overseas magazines.
