Southon joins Lancom from Findex, where she most recently worked as head of accounting and tax client services.

She previously worked as financial performance manager at WHK, commercial manager and financial planning manager at Lion Nathan, and in Ferrier Hodgson's insolvency business.

Southon holds a double degree in arts and commerce from the University of Auckland.
