Icon Group's proposed lease acquisitions raise concerns for competition regulator
The ACCC has published a Statement of Issues outlining its preliminary competition concerns with Icon Group’s proposed acquisitions of leases at St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital in Queensland, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside in Chermside, Queensland and St John of God Geelong Hospital in Victoria.

NZ regulator considers issues on Connex acquisition of TwoDegrees companies
New Zealand competition regulator, The Commerce Commission, has published a statement of issues relating to an application from Connexa Limited (Connexa) to acquire certain passive mobile telecommunications infrastructure assets from Two Degrees Networks Limited and Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
