Unabashedly we are fans of games with the Bioshock brand, and now we get the opportunity to play through the nightmarish worlds unleashed by 2K and Irrational Games over the years. Bioshock: The Collection includes the original game, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite as well as all the single player DLC in one package.

BioShock Infinite’s first extra story content download is imminent. Here is the first five minutes of the game.

The third in the BioShock franchise hits shelves next week; one of the shifts in the game-play from previous games is that BioShock Infinite features an AI controlled companion in the form of Elizabeth.  In this video the team at Irrational Games shows the behind the scenes thinking and acting that went into the creation of the character.

The next in the acclaimed BioShock series, BioShock Infinite takes us from the murky depths of an underwater dystopia to the skies in October this year.

A recent listing on Amazon has confirmed that Bioshock: Rapture is on the way, a 448-page prequel novel that tells of the history of Rapture, Bioshock's fictional underwater world.

Even though multiplayer was a big addition when BioShock 2 was announced, it is nice that 2K Games is extending the single player experience with new downloadable content such as Protector Trials.
