Viettel to provide 4G phones to 700,000 subscribers

Vietnamese telco Viettel will reportedly hand out free 4G phones to 700,000 of its 2G-only subscribers to help them transition to 4G as the government's delayed shutdown of 2G draws near.

Viettel picks Juniper Network for network upgrade
