MphasiS, a leading IT and BPO services company, has announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year ended 31 October 2010. MphasiS' consolidated revenue for the year ended 31 October 2010 was USD 1,099.3 million, crossing the $1 billion mark for the first time. This year's results grew 25.8% over last year's results of USD 874.2 million. During the year, net profit increased by 27.8% from USD 186.2 million to USD 238.1 million. The company's operating profit during the year ended 31 October 2010 was USD 240.3 million, a growth of 26.7% in comparison to the previous year. Operating margins for the year was 21.9%. EPS for the year was USD 1.13, an increase of 27.4% in comparison to the previous year.
MphasiS will tomorrow open its first 'near shore' integrated development and delivery Centre in Australia at the University of Wollongong. The strategic location of the Centre will enable MphasiS to work closely with the University of Wollongong on a range of initiatives including training, recruitment, and research and development in the ICT space.
