Blackberry to Typo: ‘Hands off our keyboard’

The Canadian mobile maker Blackberry is suing iPhone accessory maker, Typo, claiming the newly launched startup has copied the “distinctive design” of the keyboard found on many of its mobile phone handsets. Typo has said it will 'vigorously defend' the charges.
