Want strong muscles: K is the key

A U.S. study has shown that diets rich in potassium (chemical symbol: K) help to maintain muscle integrity. Such potassium-rich diets are commonly found in a wide number of fruits and vegetables.

Cow-produced cheese is known to naturally contain high levels of saturated fats, which are bad for human health. Canadian researchers compared the fat content of cheese made from yaks with cheddar cheese made from grain-fed cows. They found distinct nutritional differences!

CDC study finds men and women eat differently

A comprehensive study by FoodNet shows that the eating habits of men and women are different. Men like meat, while women prefer vegetables. Not surprising! But, some interesting results did occur. Who do you think liked brussel sprouts the most?
