COMPANY NEWS: Micro Focus has announced that Envirosuite, an Australian headquartered environmental intelligence solution provider, is deploying Micro Focus Service Management Automation X (SMAX) to automate its customer technology support processes and better manage its help desk ticketing process, which sits at the core of a large number of Envirosuite’s business processes.
