Building CIO influence in 2020

With wave after wave of disruptive technology washing over the bow of every organisation, the need for good IT captains is greater than ever.  At the same time, the role of the CIO is increasingly disintermediated from the business, with surveys showing less and less CIOs reporting directly to the CEO.
