Apple has anounced a brand new iPad Mini is coming next week, powered by the A17 Pro chip and starting at $799.

Apple has updated its popular MacBook Air line, with the strikingly thin and light 13" and 15" models now imbued with the powerful Apple M3 chip. The new model has faster Wi-Fi, up to 18 hours of battery life, and supports up to two external displays.

While the Apple Vision Pro was the standout announcement at this year's WWDC, Apple also refreshed its lineup of Macs.

Australia’s interest in Apple Silicon computers and tablets are contributing to the brand’s strong market share, according to The Telsyte Australian Table Computer Study 2022 by analyst firm Telsyte.

COMPANY NEWS: November marked the one-year anniversary of the introduction of the Apple M1 chip for Mac. Jamf announced its platform has been used to help organisations deploy approximately one million Macs powered by the M1 family of chips. Nearly three quarters (74%) of Jamf customers already have at least one Mac from the M1-powered lineup managed in their environment.

Apple CEO Tim Cook promised in the recent earnings call that there were still a range of things to be launched in 2020, and presumably this includes the Apple Silicon-powered MacBooks, possible new Intel-powered Macs, Apple's AirTags, potential new AirPods, a new Apple TV and who knows what else!

As was leaked on Twitter, Apple's iPhone 12 models are being launched on October 13, at 10am PDT at the Apple Park Campus, which is 4am AEDT October 14 in Australia - with four iPhone 12 models expected.
