OpenAI and SoftBank form US$3B a year enterprise AI JV

AI development phenomenon OpenAI and Japanese tech conglomerate SoftBank Group have formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop and market an Advanced Enterprise AI system called “Cristal intelligence”, with SoftBank the JV's first major customer.
