Sydney-headquartered customer experience and digital transformation company, Customer Science Group, has celebrated its tenth anniversary since the company was founded riding a wave of strong year-on-year growth and signing multi-year customer contracts for digital and customer experience consulting and solutions deployments.
From the outset, Customer Science Group’s approach to innovation has been deeply set in customer-centric innovation, delivering best-in-class customer and digital experience solutions that optimise processes as well as support modernisation and continuous improvement.
Established in 2014 by its current CEO, Todd Gorsuch, the Australian technology service consulting company initially won its first contract with Service New South Wales where it supported the design of the contact centre, onboarding of agencies and digital programs of work.
Further growth in the intervening years resulted from the signing of new contracts as well as strategic acquisitions, including Doll Martin Associates in 2019, Reveal Group in 2023 and Value Management Consulting in 2024. These added deep data management, governance and security capabilities as well as new digital and customer experience consulting capabilities in distinct markets, including but not limited to health and aged care.
Two years ago, Customer Science Group merged with UCA, a provider of real-time contact centre analytics and reporting products, adding deep technical architecture and consulting skills to further support the delivery of world-leading contact centre technology. Earlier this year, the company launched an AI Accelerator Program designed to help organisations prove the value of AI, safely, rapidly and with minimum friction, while providing learning and tools for the adoption and scalable AI.
Today, the company counts more than 230 companies on its customer roster across enterprise, government, SME and start-up enterprises. It also works with more than 50 industry partners to support service experience across the country helping in turn to improve safety, health, welfare, economic outcomes, and organisational competitiveness.
Supporting its customers and industry partners is a team of 60 consultants and contractors nationwide. This talented team helps with every corner of a service transformation project with roles including project, research, design, strategy, service operations, technology, developers, support, management consulting, and product experts. Combined, they ensure that any project can go from a vision to reality and benefits.
In the past year alone, Customer Science Group has experienced 50 per cent year on year growth accelerating revenue to more than $8 million and earning it a prestigious place in The Australian Financial Review’s Fast 100 fastest growing list of companies in Australia.
