Steam kicks off its Spring sale

Steam's annual Spring sale has begun, and for the first time Valve is recognising its many Antipodean customers.

As it turns out the leaked sale dates we reported earlier this month were correct: the Spring Sale (known as the Autumn sale in the northern hemisphere) will run worldwide from 27 November through Tuesday 3 December.

Valve is offering its usual raft of flash sales that change every eight hours alongside daily deals and week-long sales on a number of games.

Today's daily deals include Prison Architect for $14.99, Rogue Legacy for $5.09, Skyrim for $7.49, Antichamber for $4.99, and Outlast for $6.79. 

The four flash sales, available for another hour or so, include Castle Story, Crysis 2 Maximum Edition, HammerWatch and Space Hulk.
