"Sonos products are absolutely best-of-breed and their customers expect great sound when accessing their music from their own library or streaming music from a service like MOG," said Adam Good, Telstra director of digital media and content. "Our goal is to deliver the best music listening experience by making it fast and easy for music lovers to listen to any song, at the highest quality, from virtually anywhere — on the computer, on their phone, and now in any room with Sonos."
Telstra customers are exempt from data charges that would otherwise be associated with their use of MOG. That's probably a good job, as MOG on Sonos uses 320kbps streams - good for quality, not so good if your Internet plan has a modest monthly bandwidth limit.
MOG features include on-demand listening from a library of more than 16 million tracks, simple navigation and browsing, and customisable 'radio stations'.
